Responsibilities:
The Industrial Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:
Troubleshooting & Repair: Quickly and accurately diagnosing and repairing complex issues within mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and specialized electronic control systems on high-speed production lines.
Preventative Maintenance: Executing scheduled and corrective maintenance on equipment and facility assets using a Maintenance Management System to ensure peak operational performance.
System Upgrades & Installation: Assisting with the installation, modification, and commissioning of new machinery and production line upgrades.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining meticulous records of all maintenance work and spare parts inventory while adhering strictly to all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) protocols, including best practices for electrical maintenance.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and longevity.

Qualifications:
Technical Expertise: Proven proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial mechanical systems, fluid power (hydraulic/pneumatic), and advanced electrical systems.
Control Systems: Solid understanding of AC/DC systems, advanced motion control systems (e.g., servo drives), electric motors, and their controls. Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) logic and operation is a major advantage.
Safety Acumen: A strong commitment to workplace safety with comprehensive knowledge of industrial hazards and safety procedures.
Problem-Solving & Collaboration: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical issues and collaborate effectively with production teams.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
A two-year technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or a closely related field is strongly preferred.
Mandatory prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment is required.
