1st shift 6am-4pm
2nd shift 4pm-12am
Monday - Saturday
Pay Rate:
$27.00+ /hr. (depending on experience)
Work Environment:
Imagine baking provides a bright, clean environment. While performing the duties of this job, the Maintenance Technician is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and high noise levels.
Successful candidates will;
- Have good attendance, great hand-eye coordination, great dependability in the workplace, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Have strong interpersonal skills; the ability to build and maintain positive rapport with subordinates, peers, and department managers
- Adjust and repair machines and equipment while following quality and safety requirements
- Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedule goals
- Analyze and resolves work problems
- Have prior experience with machine operations, plumbing and welding
Preferred experience and/or skillsets (Not Required)
- Experience working with packaging and baking equipment, such as Doboy, Hayssen,and Matrix brand machinery, is a plus but not required
- Journeyman or skill trade is a plus but not required
- Experience with a Programmable Logic Controller and electrical experience is a plus but not required
- Experience with vertical bagging is a plus but not required
