Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting: Identify and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools.
Equipment Repair: Respond promptly to breakdowns to restore functionality and minimize downtime.
Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine checks and services on machinery to ensure longevity.
Facility Care: Complete minor building repairs including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and snow removal.
Special Projects (Senior Level): Assist with the installation and startup of equipment at new facilities.
Safety: Maintain a clean work area and strictly follow all safety regulations and company policies.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Technical Training: Relevant technical certifications or trade school education.
Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
Equipment Operation: Ability to operate a forklift for equipment maintenance.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 70 lbs for senior roles), climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members across departments.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
