We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Covington, Ohio. In this role, you will ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our production equipment.
Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose, install, disassemble, repair, and reassemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including pumps, gearboxes, motors, relays, switches, and printed circuit boards.
Preventative Maintenance: Complete scheduled PM tasks to reduce downtime, improve equipment reliability, and adjust, align, and calibrate machinery for optimal performance.
Safety & Compliance: Perform all maintenance activities in a safe manner, strictly following internal safety policies and OSHA requirements, while maintaining a clean, 5S-compliant workspace.
Documentation & Communication: Record all maintenance activities, equipment performance details, and repairs within the digital work order system; clearly communicate equipment status to facility leadership and production teams.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Experience: 2-5 years of prior industrial and/or mechanical maintenance experience.
Advanced Education: Associate's degree, technical school training, or relevant maintenance certifications.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Autonomy & Collaboration: Proven ability to work independently with little direction or supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and mathematical skills to determine effective machinery solutions.
Technical & Digital Literacy: Basic computer proficiency for digital record-keeping and strong documentation skills.
Operational Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work overtime as needed.
Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift, move, or manipulate items over 50 pounds, ascend/descend stairs, and handle/inspect heavy machinery.
Legal Authorization: Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship needs.
