We are seeking dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and regular preventive maintenance of industrial machinery, equipment, and facility fixtures. Available Shifts:
-2 openings available. Hours are 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex industrial equipment breakdowns.
Perform regular preventive maintenance, equipment calibrations, and machine lubrication.
Dismantle machinery to install or replace defective parts, performing minor welding and rebuilding as needed.
Execute minor facility repairs, including basic plumbing, fixture cleaning, bulb replacement, and surface painting.
Train production operators on routine maintenance procedures and answer technical mechanical questions.
Maintain precise department documentation, track equipment inventories, and prepare detailed maintenance reports.
Propose and implement safety, quality, and productivity improvements while strictly adhering to lockout/tagout and safety regulations.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Level 2 Mid-Level Credentials: Technical certificate or degree in Industrial Maintenance.
Level 3 Expert-Level Credentials: Robotics, Automation, or Mechatronics certification (or equivalent documented work experience in advanced robotics/automation/PLCs).
Advanced Troubleshooting: Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex PLC and robotics issues.
Leadership & Mentorship: Proven capability to coach, teach, and mentor production operators or junior technicians on uncommon mechanical and electrical breakdowns.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of maintenance or repair experience within a manufacturing environment.
Technical Abilities: Proven electrical wiring and mechanical repair skills.
Problem Solving: Strong technical problem-solving capabilities to diagnose substantial equipment variations and complexities.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to read, process, and utilize mathematical and technical language concepts (English preferred).
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently, stand, walk, crawl, and squat for extensive periods of time, and use both arms, hands, and fingers in a coordinated, skillful manner.
Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts and schedules as required. C
ompliance: Ability to work safely under varying levels of supervision while ensuring respect for internal corporate rules and ethical codes.
