Responsibilities:
Preventative Maintenance: Perform daily walk-throughs and execute preventative maintenance on machinery and facility grounds.
Operational Support: Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor and design plans to prioritize tasks.
Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all OSHA, ISO/IATF, and 5S safety rules and procedures.
Technical Execution: Knowledgeable in different areas including pipe fitting, welding, fabrication, and washer maintenance.
Safety Protocols: Utilize Lock-out Tag-out (LOTO) procedures, manage SDS, and operate within Confined Space and HAZMAT guidelines.
Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with the maintenance team and carry out assignments to completion within specified parameters.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Communication: Ability to speak, read, and write in English and follow complex work rules.
Technical Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of motors, exhaust, and mechanical systems.
Visual Acuity: Ability to differentiate colors.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and stand or kneel throughout a shift.
Certifications: Knowledge of Forklift Safety and the use of required PPE.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Electrical Expertise: (Big Plus) Strong knowledge of high and low voltage electricity and previous electrical maintenance experience.
Blueprints: (Big Plus) Proficiency in reading Blueprints, specifically Electrical Blueprints.
Automation & Robotics: (Big Plus) Experience working with or programming PLCs and hands-on experience with FANUC robots.
Training: Some technical training in Maintenance is preferred.
