- Temp-to-hire with long-term growth
- Pay increases every 90 days after hire-on
- $2/hr shift differential once permanent
What You'll Do
- Build and assemble mechanical and electrical components using work instructions
- Read and follow blueprints and diagrams
- Measure, inspect, and verify quality to meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and adjust components as needed
- Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work area
What You'll Bring
- Consistent work history (typically 1+ year in previous roles)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
