Responsibilities:
Evaluate & Research: Design and analyze manufacturing processes using knowledge ofproduct design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
Design & Advise: Create and recommend manufacturing tools, fixtures, and fabrication equipment, including light design for stamping dies and locating/machining fixtures.
Troubleshoot & Support: Resolve operational issues in metal forming processes, including stamping, welding, and press brake operations.
Draft & Maintain: Create part inspection drawings and Process Inspection Records using AutoCAD and Inventor software.
Develop & Improve: Establish robust manufacturing workflows and continuous process improvements to ensure consistent product quality.
Analyze & Quote: Assist with quoting new business by analyzing historical performance and building realistic process workflows.
Launch & Direct: Lead new program launches, manage tooling/equipment trials, and oversee part fabrication for initial rollouts.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Tool & Die Experience: Background in Tool and Die maintenance and repair.
Metal Forming Expertise: Hands-on experience with Roll Form mills, Elumatec equipment, or press brake operations.
Technical Capabilities: Knowledge of CNC programming and MS Projects software.

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma required; 2-year technical/engineering degree or Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred (equivalent hands-on experience accepted).
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment. Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, Inventor, and Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel).
