In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.
This position is hands-on and requires frequent collaboration on the plant floor with production teams and equipment.
Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective, sustainable solutions.
Design and optimize layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.
Research, develop, and introduce new manufacturing processes, equipment, and products.
Develop and implement cost-reduction initiatives and quality control systems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and applicable regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare technical and operational reports.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Qualifications:
- Bachelor???s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
- Proven experience analyzing and improving manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Proficiency in CAD, CAM, data analysis tools, and related engineering software.
