Responsibilities:
- Facilitate new-hire orientation with a heavy emphasis on plant safety, PPE requirements, and SOPs.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews for leadership
- Maintain personnel files in accordance with company standards.
- Set up new hires into the ADP system and create key fobs in time of their first day.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and shop-floor employees.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Must have previous HR experience working for a manufacturing OR production company.
- Proficiency in ADP software as well as Microsoft Office.
- High School diploma or GED is required for this role.
- 2+ years of experience as an HR coordinator.
