Responsibilities:
Drive product flow across SMT, cable wiring, assembly, and inspection cells to consistently meet production schedules.
Manage shift timekeeping, verify team attendance, and ensure clear communication across the floor.
Enforce strict IPC Class 3 quality standards, 6S organization, and ESD protocols throughout the workspace.
Identify and escalate production line bottlenecks, missing materials, or equipment issues promptly.
Coordinate clear, effective end-of-shift handoffs with day-shift leadership to maintain operational continuity.
Skills:
Strong operational leadership, personal accountability, and proactive communication skills.
Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems for work order and production tracking.
Working knowledge of IPC Class 3 standards and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) procedures.
Ability to troubleshoot line issues and foster a safe, collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing (aerospace, defense, or high-reliability environments preferred).
Demonstrated experience with SMT, cable/wiring assembly, final assembly, or inspection.
Must meet U.S. ITAR eligibility requirements.
