Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Establish site objectives and lead the manufacturing strategic planning process.
Financial Management: Develop and manage the annual Operations budget, utilizing financial analysis to drive growth and reduce waste.
Team Development: Manage and mentor the production managerial team, focusing on building talent and succession planning.
Process Improvement: Monitor manufacturing effectiveness and implement changes using Continuous Improvement and TPM philosophies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with site leadership to ensure production activities align with broader business goals.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Education: Associate degree or higher.
Methodology: Practical knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and High-Performance Work Teams.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus and resolve conflicts.
Strategic Mindset: Experience in long-term resource forecasting and strategic planning.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience specifically within a food manufacturing environment.
Education: High School diploma or GED.
Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, or similar).
Technical Aptitude: Experience with automated mechanical processes and strong troubleshooting/diagnostic skills.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage shift operations and motivate large teams.
