Job Description:
The Coater Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring coating equipment used in the production of thermal media and related products. This role ensures high-quality output, efficient production, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor coating machines according to production specifications
- Adjust machine settings to maintain proper coating thickness, alignment, and quality standards
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Education: High School/GED
Experience: 6 months
- Six months of experience is preferred; however, entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
