A leading chemical manufacturing company in Commerce, GA is seeking a Multilingual Production Operator to support daily production, equipment operation, and canister cleaning processes. This role is ideal for candidates who can communicate effectively in English and Spanish or only Spanish to support a diverse workforce and ensure clear, safe operations. Responsibilities:
Operate light machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
Clean, prepare, and inspect canisters used in chemical processing
Follow written and verbal instructions in multiple languages when needed
Assist with material handling, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
Perform basic quality checks to ensure product standards are met
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members across language groups
Adhere to all facility safety procedures, PPE requirements, and chemical handling protocols
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Multilingual required (English + Spanish)
Previous experience in manufacturing or chemical processing
Ability to operate light machinery and follow standard operating procedures
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Willingness to work in a chemical manufacturing environment
Forklift experience and certification is a plus (not required)
Must have own, reliable vehicle
