Responsibilities:
Electrical Assembly: Perform precise assembly and wiring of high-voltage and low-voltage systems following engineering diagrams, ensuring proper routing and termination.
Mechanical Integration: Assemble and align mechanical components such as motors, gears, belts, and pulleys using hand and power tools.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections and functional tests on completed units to identify and repair defects, maintaining rigorous quality standards.
Documentation: Accurately record assembly processes, measurements, and test results; generate reports on improvements or issues identified during production.
Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the calibration and maintenance of manufacturing tools and notify supervisors of any equipment malfunctions.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a secure and compliant working environment.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and supervisors to optimize manufacturing workflows and solve technical challenges.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Certifications: Active OSHA-compliant Forklift Certification is highly preferred.
Specialized Training: Vocational training or technical certifications in electrical or mechanical disciplines.
Industry Experience: Prior experience in a machine shop, assembly environment, or general manufacturing.

Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of high-voltage/low-voltage electrical assemblies and mechanical systems.
Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and color-coded wiring diagrams.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/bend for prolonged periods, and don required PPE (respirators, coveralls, safety helmets).
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and the ability to identify fine details and color-coding at close range.
Communication: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to ensure safety and effective team collaboration.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
