Responsibilities:
-Operate Woodworking Machinery: Set up, adjust, and operate saws, cutter-heads, boring bits, and sanders to surface, cut, and shape industrial lumber.
-Fabricate Precision Components: Cut mortises, tenons, slots, and grooves into wood stock, verifying all finished dimensions against project specifications.
-Assemble Dock Structural Sections: Interpret shop drawings and blueprints to accurately assemble fabricated wood components for concrete float structures.
-Maintain Equipment & Quality: Inspect material cuts, make trial machine adjustments, and perform routine tool maintenance to ensure job site accuracy.
-Uphold Workplace Safety: Actively follow and apply plant safety rules, tool handling protocols, and protective equipment regulations.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
-Previous experience operating industrial woodworking machinery or power carpentry tools.
-Familiarity with interpreting shop drawings, architectural schematics, or assembly diagrams.
-Basic spatial reasoning ability as applied to wood fabrication and structural component assembly.

Qualifications:
-Minimum 6 months of related work experience in carpentry, manufacturing, or shop production.
-Demonstrated math proficiency, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing fractions and decimals.
-Proven ability to accurately read a standard tape measure.
-Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, stooping, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
-Punctual, dependable, and available to work Monday???Friday, 7:00 AM ??? 3:00 PM, plus overtime as required.
