Manual Labor & Support:Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and supplies using dollies, wheelbarrows, or by hand.Dig trenches, shovel materials (e.g., dirt, sand, gravel), and spread aggregate.Assist skilled trades workers (e.g., carpenters, masons, mechanics) by holding tools, fetching materials, and performing basic tasks.Operate small hand and power tools, such as drills, hammers, saws, and measuring equipment, under supervision.Site Maintenance & Safety:Maintain a clean and organized work environment by sweeping, picking up debris, removing trash, and disposing of waste.Clear work areas of hazards and ensure proper warning signs are in place.Monitor and secure job sites or facilities at the end of the shift.Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Equipment Operation (Basic):Clean and maintain tools and machinery, ensuring they are in good working order.Perform basic setup and cleanup of equipment used on the job site.Logistics & Inventory:Prepare and stage materials for upcoming tasks.Assist with inventory counting and organization of supplies in storage areas or warehouses.

Power Tools: Familiarity and experience operating common construction power tools beyond basic drills and saws (e.g., impact wrenches, concrete mixers, rotary hammers, specialized cutting tools).Basic Machine Operation: Experience operating small construction or yard machines (e.g., compactors, skid steers, mini-excavators, walk-behind trenchers) with proper certification or training. Material Handling Equipment: Certification or proven ability to safely operate a forklift or pallet jack for organizing and moving materials in a warehouse or job site setting.
