Skills:
-Associate or bachelor's degree in Broadcast Technology, Communications, or a related field
-1+ years of experience in master control or broadcast operations
-Hands-on experience with Florical or similar multi-channel broadcast automation systems
-Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting and networking
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Strong working knowledge of FCC compliance and rules
-Ability to operate video servers, switchers, routers, and audio/video signal analysis tools
-Proven ability to multitask, solve technical disruptions calmly, and maintain accurate FCC logs
-Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 environment
