Spherion Staffing and Recruiting is hiring Order Pickers for a local company located in Belvidere Illinois. We are looking for candidates that have previous warehouse experience and are team players. The Order Pickers will be cross-trained in multiple positions to see what position is best suited for them!

- Location: Belvidere, IL
- Shift: Full-time 1st shift: 9am-5:30pm
- Pay Rate: $17.75/hr.
- Availability: Steady 40-hour weeks with the opportunity for overtime on occasional Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
- Match and pull product based on numbers, quantity and other product ticket order requirements
- Use both RF scanners and manual pick processes to match serial numbers to product numbers
- Organize and stage items in designated areas to ensure a seamless shipping process.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to meet daily production goals.
Requirements:
- Understand or comprehend written and/or oral instructions
- Possess a positive attitude and a team orientated approach to getting work done
- Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Must be able to work your assigned shift and available for occasional Saturdays as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
