Spherion Staffing and Recruiting is seeking a dedicated Material Handler/Order Picker for our client in Belvidere, IL! In this role, you will manage ticket order processes from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- Location: Belvidere, IL
- Shift/schedule:9:00am - 5:30pm or 12:00pm - 8:30pm (Monday - Friday)
- Employment type: TTH (Temp-to-Hire)
- Growth or other perks: Occasional overtime available; opportunity to grow within a reputable local company
What You'll Do:
- Move up and down multiple aisles with a cart to fulfill orders.
- Use an RF scanner to match SKUs in various locations.
- Handle small parts and ensure accuracy during the picking process.
- Stage items in designated areas to prepare orders for shipping.
- Enter completed order data into the computer system.
What You'll Need:
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to understand and follow written and/or oral instructions.
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
- 1+ years of warehouse experience (Preferred).
