Role Highlights:
- Starting pay: $18/hr+
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts available- + $2/hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts!

What You'll Do:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stage, load, and unload materials throughout the facility
- Supply production areas with materials and transport finished products to designated locations
- Read work orders and shipping documents to ensure materials are delivered accurately and on time
- Assist with inventory accuracy and maintain stocked work areas
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report material, inventory, or safety concerns
- Support housekeeping and 6S initiatives to maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Follow all plant safety, quality, and production standards
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous forklift, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
- Experience moving large or heavy materials in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Ability to read work orders and perform basic math calculations
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety
- Experience working in a Lean manufacturing environment is a plus
