What You'll Do
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, clamps, and push-pull equipment to stack and store merchandise in designated areas.
- Inbound/Outbound Logistics: Unload inbound shipments and move products to storage, while also pulling and preparing accurate orders for shipment.
- Inventory Precision: Ensure the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped, meeting high customer service standards.
- Efficient Picking: Perform picking duties with speed and accuracy to keep the distribution chain moving.
- Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain a safe and organized workspace by clearing debris, sweeping, and managing trash removal.
What You'll Bring
- Equipment Proficiency: Experience or aptitude for operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to walk and stand for 10.5-hour shifts in a large-scale facility (over 1/4 mile in length).
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift, pull, and reach (above head and below waist) up to 50 lbs without restriction.
- Availability: Must be able to work the designated schedule and be open to extended hours as needed by the customer.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
