In this role, you will coordinate the movement of inbound and outbound trucks containing raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. You will handle essential shipping, receiving, and inventory functions, process shop work orders, execute cycle counts, and move products throughout the facility using wands and material handling equipment in strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Available Shifts:
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Sunday - Thursday)

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the movement of inbound and outbound trucks transporting raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products
Receive, scan, count, move, and prepare orders for internal departments and external suppliers/vendors
Load and unload trucks and material racks to supply manufacturing work cells and external partners efficiently
Prepare, coordinate, and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and shop work order paperwork following Good Documentation Practices (GDP), including filing and archiving
Perform replenishment of material racks and maintain stock levels in assigned areas
Execute inventory cycle counts, maintain storage, and ensure high inventory accuracy across assigned zones
Safely operate forklifts, manual pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks while adhering to QMS, 5S, and safety standards
Use electronic wands and manufacturing systems to complete material movement transactions
Working hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Prior experience operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
Previous experience in inventory control, cycle counting, and material movement within a regulated manufacturing environment
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to handle weights up to 75 lbs. using safe lifting techniques or appropriate material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts)
Ability to read, understand, and interpret internal and supplier documentation, including shop work orders, packing slips, shipping labels, Bills of Lading (BOL), purchase orders, and certifications
Strong fundamental math skills and strict compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Proficiency operating personal computers and electronic manufacturing systems to ensure inventory tracking accuracy
Understanding of receiving and shipping control methods, procedures, and routing
