The Materials Management Specialist I is responsible for supporting receiving, ordering, shipping, general warehousing, and internal distribution of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and non-GMP materials in support of company operations.

Support the accurate receipt, picking and issuing of material in support of manufacturing, quality, and operational needs

Assist in the inspection, segregation, and labeling of incoming materials and ensure accurate inventory level to support manufacturing requirements
Perform system transactions and ensure the timely and accurate order fulfillment, documentation, closure of outstanding issues and effective inventory system
Perform general warehouse duties including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc.
Comply with safe handling and storage requirements, cGMP/ISO, local & corporate policies, and environmental/other related regulations
Ensure proper function of equipment used to support warehousing operation.
Perform and document routine and prior to use inspection and maintenance activities
Assist in performing cycle counting and inventory audits.
All other duties as required.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
PSA forklift license.
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Good communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented and accurate
Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments with minimal supervision
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
