Competitive Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and education.

Responsibilities:
Plan & Control: Develop and execute material planning strategies to optimize inventory stock levels, minimize excess, and lead cycle count accuracy programs.
Manage Logistics: Oversee inbound and outbound domestic freight while directing international import/export operations and ensuring customs trade compliance.
Optimize Costs: Partner with carriers, customs brokers, and suppliers to negotiate freight rates, resolve shipping disruptions, and reduce total supply chain expenses.
Lead Operations: Direct warehouse receiving, storage, and material handling functions while ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and regulations.
Coach & Develop: Supervise, mentor, and set performance goals for materials, inventory, and logistics staff to foster high team productivity.
Drive Improvement: Support ERP system enhancements and implement data-driven process improvements to streamline operational efficiency and on-time delivery.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Advanced Expertise: 5+ years of comprehensive experience overseeing materials management, international logistics, and inventory control systems.
Logistics Strategy: Deep functional expertise in navigating complex global trade regulations, carrier negotiations, and freight forwarding networks.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor?s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Industry Experience: 2?5 years of supply chain and logistics experience within a manufacturing environment.
International Freight: Proven experience managing both domestic transportation and international import/export logistics operations.
Leadership: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or departmental management role.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, advanced Microsoft Excel, and supply chain reporting tools.
