Spherion is seeking a versatile and highly skilled Mechanical Assembler for a premier client in the Bradenton area. Responsibilities:

Precision Electronics - Perform detailed soldering on small circuit boards and various electronic components.
Technical Assembly - Manage light assembly tasks, including the replacement and repair of circuit board components.
Material Handling - Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move materials and process incoming/outgoing orders. (On-site certification will be provided by our client!)
Production Support - Maintain a high level of productivity while managing multiple assembly tasks simultaneously.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proven record of safety operating warehouse equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal-skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Resourceful, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
Soldering Skills - Proven, prior experience with small-scale soldering is mandatory.
Multitasking Ability - Must be able to switch between assembly, order processing, and equipment operation seamlessly.
Attention to Detail - Exceptional focus is required for working with small components and ensuring quality control.
Versatility - A "team player" attitude?ready to jump in wherever needed on the production floor.
