Job Description:
As a Mechanical Assembler you would be responsible for assembling products to meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assembling products to meet high quality standards
- Meeting or exceeding production quotas
- Utilizing hand and power tools to assemble products
- Training new employees
- Using computers and scanners to manage work orders
- Flexing in and out of different areas as needed
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 12 months
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Understanding of basic math
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
Physical:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for a full shift
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and kneel
Skills:
- Assembly
- Ability to read a tape measure
- SAP/ERP (Preferred)
- Problem solving
