Responsibilities:
Clear Career & Pay ProgressionWe are hiring across three experience levels to fit your background: ?? Mechanical Assembly Tech I ? $21.00 / hour The Fit: Entry-Level. No direct manufacturing experience required! Perfect for someone with natural mechanical talent, DIY skills, or trade school training who wants on-the-job training. The Role: Learn to build components using hand/power tools, read visual assembly drawings, and maintain shop quality and safety. ?? Mechanical Assembly Tech II ? $25.00 / hourThe Fit: Mid-Level. Typically 2?4 years of experience in assembly, industrial equipment, automotive repair, or mechanical maintenance. The Role: Independently assemble sub-assemblies, route pneumatics, read complex mechanical drawings/BOMs, and perform standard troubleshooting. ?? Mechanical Assembly Tech III ? $30.00 / hour The Fit: Senior-Level. 5+ years of experience in custom machine building, automation, fabrication, or complex equipment assembly. The Role: Lead end-to-end custom machine builds, perform advanced troubleshooting, integrate complex vacuum/pneumatic systems, and mentor junior technicians.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 12:00 PM
Skills:
Prior background working with industrial vacuum systems, pneumatic components, or complex manufacturing gear.
Strong technical troubleshooting mindset and comfort dealing with highly unique, custom fabrications.
A passion for continuing education and expanding your technical mastery through company-backed training.
Willingness to work swing shift

Qualifications:
Core Qualifications Across All LevelsHigh school diploma or GED. Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move during your shift. Basic computer skills and dependable attendance. Levels II & III additional requirements: Proven ability to read mechanical drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and independently troubleshoot complex machinery.
