The Engineer will plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new products and equipment. What You'll Do:
- Design & Prototype: Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new products and equipment. Generate working prototypes and 3D models for beta testing and stakeholder demonstration.
- Test & Validate: Develop testing processes and perform testing and validation of new designs.
- Collaborate & Execute: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, vendors, and contractors to execute prioritized projects and quantitatively show cost, quality, productivity, and revenue impacts.

Responsibilities:
- Calculations & Drafting: Perform engineering calculations to support design work. Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Documentation: Perform detailed documentation to track project development and the design process. Manage and maintain various technical document management systems.
- Project Management: Take a hands-on approach to execute projects , working to build a mutual understanding of running projects among Product, Process, and Equipment engineers within your first 3 months.

Working hours: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

- Mathematical Prowess: Excellent math skills with the ability to apply advanced mathematical principles and statistics to solve problems.
- Communication: Excellent written, oral, and graphical communication skills.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability. Self-motivated, self-managing, and detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills.
- Team Alignment: Ability to succeed in a team-oriented environment with strong collaboration skills and a strong desire to create new and novel designs aligning with corporate goals.

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor?s degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in design/development engineering in a manufacturing environment.
- Software Proficiency: Demonstrated high-level proficiency with AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products.
