Responsibilities:
Perform all mechanical vacuum pump repairs and rebuilding as directed. Disassemble various manufacturers' mechanical pumps for customer repairs. Clean pump parts thoroughly and prepare them for reassembly. Reassemble oil-lubricated belt-driven and direct-drive pumps. Test pumps to ensure they meet or exceed strict product specifications. Repair shelf inventory mechanical pumps for customer sales. Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety precautions (including the use of protective masks, eye shields, and ear guards).

Working hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 AM

Skills:
Electrical Skills: Proven ability to wire both single-phase and three-phase motors. Troubleshooting: Advanced ability to evaluate, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of professional experience exhibiting strong mechanical inclination and aptitude.Technical Skills: Familiarity with standard shop tools, including belt sanders, drill presses, wire wheels, and grinders.
