Day Shift: Monday - Thursday (6:00 am - 2:30 pm)
Friday Shift: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm
Responsibilities:
Assembly: Position and assemble components into completed products using hand tools, power tools, small instruments, and microscopic devices.
Quality & Compliance: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), approved protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure high-quality output.
Testing & Repair: Perform complex tasks involving the repair and testing of robotic components.
Communication: Recognize and communicate complex build difficulties, product faults, or routine problems to the Production Lead in a timely manner.
Process Improvement: Work with R&D and Operations teams to suggest improvements for Work Process Instructions.
Technical Reading: Interpret assembly drawings and technical diagrams.
Adherence: Comply with all aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS), Quality Policy, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
Industry Background: Prior experience specifically within Medical Device Assembly.
Environment: Experience working in a Controlled Environment Room (CER) or Clean Room environment.
Specialized Skills: Laser welding experience is considered a significant plus.
Tenure: Ideally, candidates with a consistent 4-5 year track record in similar manufacturing roles.

Experience: 4+ years of related assembly experience or training.
Microscope Proficiency: Proven experience working and assembling parts under a microscope.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Good Documentation Practices.
Technical Skills: Ability to perform soldering under a microscope.
Education: High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Soft Skills: Strong ability to work as a team member and a commitment to solid attendance.
