Responsibilities:
- Precision Assembly: Perform precision guide wire assembly, hydrophilic coating, and Tyvek bag sealing/pouching.
- Quality Inspection: Use microscopes and advanced custom fixtures to inspect components and ensure strict adherence to quality metrics.
- Documentation & Compliance: Read, follow, and execute technical drawings and written manufacturing procedures in English.
- Cleanroom Maintenance: Work comfortably within an Environmentally Controlled Area (ECA) cleanroom, adhering to strict gowning and PPE protocols. Perform routine sanitization and cleaning of workbenches, walls, and floors.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain a strong work ethic and collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
- Advanced Equipment Handling: Prior experience operating microscope inspection tools and precision hand tools.
- Specialized Processes: Specific familiarity with guidewire assembly, hydrophilic coating application, and Tyvek pouch sealing.
- Soft Skills: High precision, keen attention to detail, strong active listening, and proactive troubleshooting abilities.

- Experience: Proven background in medical device or high-precision manufacturing assembly.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret and accurately follow technical drawings and written instructions in English.
- Cleanroom Proficiency: Strict adherence to ECA cleanroom protocols, including wearing required PPE (cleanroom gown, hairnet, face mask, and protective gloves).
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and comfortably manage a physical workload that is approximately 70% sitting and 30% standing/walking.
- Availability: Ability to work the standard Day Shift (Monday???Friday, 7:00 AM ??? 3:30 PM) and work overtime as needed.
- Screening: Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and a 10-panel drug screen.
