Responsibilities:
Process medical license applications and renewals, including reviewing application materials, verifying information, and ensuring that all requirements are met before processing licenses for medical professionals.
Maintain accurate records of all license applications and renewals, updating digital or paper records, and ensuring that all relevant information is properly documented and accessible to those who need it.
Ensure that all licensing procedures are conducted in accordance with company policy, state, and federal regulations, including researching and staying up to date on regulatory requirements, as well as communicating with regulatory bodies as necessary.
Handling customer inquiries related to the licensing process, responding in a professional and helpful manner, and escalating issues to management as needed.
Collaborate with other teams, sharing information, collaborating on projects, and working together to ensure that licensing procedures are conducted efficiently and effectively.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in medical licensing or a related field preferred, but not required.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to accurately review and verify information provided in license applications.
Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with internal stakeholders, applicants, and regulatory agencies in a professional and clear manner.
Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to medical licensing, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to specific situations.
