Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, negotiating, and closing buy-side and sell-side mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and asset sales.
Conduct legal due diligence, identify risks, and draft actionable summary reports.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, corporate governance documents, NDAs, and operating agreements.
Work directly with business owners, executive leadership, and corporate entities.
Utilize firm management software, including NetDocuments and Microsoft Office Suite, for workflow management and document control.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Prior legal experience or coursework in Corporate Law, M&A, and Contract Drafting.
Experience representing mid-market or larger corporate entities. Demonstrated community involvement and civic engagement.
Interpersonal skills, coachability, and a collaborative team mindset.

Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license (or eligibility for admission) to practice law in Indiana.
Excellent academic credentials and strong law school grades.
Superior written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
High proficiency in NetDocuments and Microsoft Office Suite.
