Spherion Greensburg is working to fill a 3rd shift 9PM-7AM, Monday through Thursday, Metal Fabricating Shop Helper position in Blairsville, PA. The pay rate is $18.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.
- 2nd shift available as well 3PM-1AM, Monday through Thursday.
- Paid every Friday.
- Short conversion timeline, $1500 tenure bonus after conversion.

Job Description:
The shop assistant position is the all around helper in various different departments. You will receive training in 1 or more departments to learn different skills throughout the facility. They will also help you learn how to read blueprints and other specialized skills. This is a metal fabrication business who manufactures various different types of metal products.
Responsibilities:
- Report to work on a regular basis.
- No tardiness, and be in your area at the scheduled time on a regular basis.
- Assist in various different departments throughout the facility.
- Learn how to read blueprints.
- Warehouse, Labeling, Breakout, Grinding, Bending and working with various types of metals.
Education: High School
