- Skill Level 1: $16.50/hr (entry-level)
- Skill Level 2: $18.00/hr
- Skill Level 3: $20.00/hr
*Shift Premium: Earn an additional $1.00/hr for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Benefits: Full competitive benefits package available upon permanent placement.
Shift Schedules (Overtime Required)
- 1st Shift: 5:30 am - 4:00 pm OR 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (Dept. dependent)
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 pm - 12:00 am (Regular) | 4:00 pm - 2:30 am (OT)
- 3rd Shift: 9:30 pm - 8:00 am (Starts Monday at 12 am-No Sundays!)
Responsibilities:
Core Roles Available
We are seeking dedicated individuals for the following departments:
- Assembly: Interpret blueprints and work orders to build finished products using hand tools and precision measurements.
- Welding: Conduct high-quality MIG welding operations (Must pass a MIG weld test).
- Fabrication: Shape, cut, and weld metal components to exact engineering specifications.
- Machine Programming: Program and optimize CNC machines; troubleshoot errors in a fast-paced environment.
- Paint Line: Surface preparation, coating application, and quality touch-ups.
- Shipping & Receiving: Document incoming/outgoing freight, coordinate logistics, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Skills:
The ability to pass a MIG welding test (only for candidates pursuing a Welding role) and proficiency in programming various production machinery (only for candidates pursuing a Machine Programming role).
What You Bring to the Table:
- To be successful here, you'll need a "measure twice, cut once" mindset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading a tape measure to 1/32" and a basic understanding of blueprint interpretation.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a solid work ethic are the fastest paths to permanent hire.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Compliance: Must pass a pre-employment background check and adhere to a Drug-Free Workplace policy (No THC/Marijuana use).
