Responsibilities:
Ingredient Preparation: Accurately measure, weigh, and combine raw ingredients according to proprietary recipes and batch records.
Equipment Operation: Operate industrial mixing machinery and pumps, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly and safely.
Quality Control: Monitor the texture, color, and consistency of mixes to maintain brand standards.
Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow strict food safety (HACCP) and sanitation protocols for cleaning tanks and equipment between batches.
Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of batch numbers, ingredient usage, and production times.
Working hours: 4:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in a "Mixer" or "Compounder" role within the food and beverage industry.
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety regulations.

Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience in food manufacturing, warehousing, or production labor (0???1 years required).
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy ingredient bags, and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Reliability: Must be able to consistently meet the 4:30 AM start time.
