In this dynamic field service role, you'll be the face of the dealership-driving a company pick-up truck with a trailer to deliver shiny new golf carts, performing on-site repairs, and keeping the community moving. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Enjoy consistent day hours with your weekends free!)
Starting Rate: $20.00 / hour (Commensurate with experience; higher starting rates available for qualified candidates)

Responsibilities:
- Safely drive a pick-up truck and trailer to deliver newly sold golf carts to excited customers, providing a welcoming walkthrough of their new ride's features.
- Perform in-field mechanical, minor electrical, and accessory-related fixes, including battery checks, tire replacements, and light troubleshooting.
- Identify issues on electric golf carts, recommend the best solutions, and coordinate follow-up care with the service manager when needed.
- Document service visits, keep track of parts used, and maintain a clean, well-stocked company service vehicle.
- Represent the dealership with a friendly, professional attitude during every customer interaction while adhering to all safety standards.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Prior experience in golf cart, small engine, or automotive repair.
- Familiarity with electric vehicle (EV) systems or battery maintenance.
- Background in field service, mobile technician work, or towing/trailer operation.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Clean Driving Record: Required to safely operate the company pick-up truck, service vehicle, and trailer.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors comfortably in varying weather conditions.
- Hands-on skills with small engines, basic electrical systems, or similar tools/equipment.
- Self-motivated, punctual, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

Work Environment
Field-Based & Active: You'll be on the road daily, engaging directly with customers in outdoor settings across The Villages and Wildwood community.
