We are seeking a dedicated MRO Specialist to lead asset recovery efforts during a strategic plant wind-down in Moraine, OH.
In this unique role, you will take full ownership of remaining inventory, specifically focusing on "Excess and Obsolete" (E&O) maintenance and spare parts.

Your primary mission is to identify, list, and sell these assets on third-party platforms to recoup maximum value for the facility as it approaches its 2026 closure.
This is a high-autonomy position perfect for someone who enjoys running a project like their own internal business.
Responsibilities:
Inventory and categorize all E&O maintenance and spare parts.
Research current market values for specialized industrial components.
Manage the end-to-end sales process on e-commerce and industrial auction platforms.
Write effective product listings using strategic keywords and photos to ensure parts move quickly.
Coordinate all shipping and logistics for sold items.
Track recovered revenue and provide detailed reports on inventory depletion.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Marketing Instincts: Ability to craft compelling listings that drive sales.
Logistics Experience: Familiarity with coordinating shipping for various sizes of industrial equipment.
Analytical Reporting: Experience tracking financial recovery and inventory metrics.
