Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and install complex production machinery, including high-speed packaging and processing equipment.
Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) on both legacy and modern equipment systems.
Execute preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
Operate production equipment when necessary to verify repairs or meet critical business output needs.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Proven experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is required. Strong knowledge of power systems and control equipment maintenance.
Technical Skills: Strong electrical aptitude is essential, including experience with PLCs and automation, alongside mechanical repair skills.
Education: A two-year technical degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance is preferred.
Availability: Ability to work various shifts to support a 24/7 production environment.
