Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management: Install and maintain network hardware and software while ensuring connectivity across LAN/WAN infrastructure.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze and isolate network issues and monitor systems to ensure security and availability for users.
Security Administration: Manage security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus, intrusion prevention, web-filtering, and encryption products.
System Integrity: Maintain the integrity of the network, server deployments, and security, including the administration of Windows Server environments.
User Support: Identify and resolve user network needs and respond to incoming calls or emails regarding desktop and network problems.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed inventory and documentation related to network mapping, configurations, processes, and service records.
Policy Development: Establish best practices for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of workstation hardware and peripheral devices.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Strategic Planning: Ability to provide input on the development and implementation of departmental goals.
Advanced Communications: Capacity to write articles for publication or effectively present technical information to top management and boards of directors.
Vendor Liaison: Experience coordinating with third-party support and equipment vendors.

Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Visual Studio, and MS SQL.
Problem Solving: Strong ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions from technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
Education/Experience: An Associate?s degree or equivalent technical training; alternatively, three to five years of current, related experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical journals and legal documents.
Physical Capability: Must be able to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift or move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
