We are looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Overnight Forklift Operator to join our Client's operations. As a vital part of the night-shift operation, you'll ensure that our inventory is moved safely and efficiently so the morning team starts their day on the right foot.

Responsibilities:
Load & Unload: Safely move palletized goods from trailers to designated storage areas.
Order Picking: Use a Pick-to-Voice or RF scanner system to pull products for outgoing shipments.
Staging: Organize and stack materials in racks or on the floor following warehouse maps.
Safety Checks: Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
Inventory Integrity: Help maintain an organized workspace and assist with cycle counts as needed.
Working hours: 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM
Skills:
WMS Literacy: Proven experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld RF Scanning technology to manage inventory flow, tracking, and location accuracy
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Equipment Proficiency: Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience operating industrial powered lift trucks, such as Reach Trucks / Order Pickers / Sit-down / stand up ect.
Certification: Must possess a current OSHA-compliant Forklift Operator Certification or have the ability to successfully complete our internal recertification program
Safety Adherence: Strict commitment to OSHA standards, including daily pre-operational inspections, load stability assessments, and workspace hazard identification.
Shift Reliability: Demonstrable track record of maintaining high attendance and performance standards during non-traditional hours (Overnight/Third Shift).
Physical Capability: Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and maintain the physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and mount/dismount equipment frequently throughout the shift.
