Responsibilities:
- Front Desk & Reception: Manage front desk operations, greet visitors with professionalism, and maintain a welcoming reception environment.
- Mail & Logistics: Coordinate all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Inventory Management: Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipate supply needs, and place orders efficiently.
- Calendar & Scheduling: Assist with scheduling and calendar management for the leadership team.
- Administrative Support: Support basic data entry, document management, and maintain high attention to detail across daily clerical tasks.
- Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- CRM Software: Prior experience navigating and utilizing CRM systems.
- Financial Literacy: Familiarity with basic accounting or bookkeeping principles.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to streamlining office workflows.

- Experience: 2+ years of administrative, front desk, or office management experience.
- Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the adaptability to handle a dynamic office environment.
- Physical & Logistics: Ability to work 100% on-site (Monday ??? Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
