Advanced Multi-line Handling: Experience managing 4+ lines simultaneously in a high-traffic lobby or call center.
Records Management: Previous experience auditing personnel files or managing sensitive digital documentation.
Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Layton/Ogden industrial and professional landscape
