Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Manage the owner???s professional schedule and act as a gatekeeper to maximize time efficiency.
Financial Administration: Execute daily quoting and invoicing via QuickBooks while managing vendor relationships and billing resolutions.
Operational Oversight: Monitor and maintain inventory levels and oversee logistics for equipment and manufacturing components.
Marketing & Digital Presence: Update the company website and manage social media strategies to increase brand engagement.
HR & Onboarding: Facilitate the orientation process for new hires, including training schedules and paperwork management.
Customer Relations: Track leads through CRM software and maintain high customer service standards.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience within Manufacturing or Equipment Sales is highly preferred.

Qualifications:
Experience: At least 3+ years in an Office Management or Executive Assistant role.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and various CRM platforms.
Professional Reliability: Ability to maintain a consistent schedule of Monday ??? Friday, 8:00 AM ??? 5:00 PM.
Soft Skills: Extreme attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work independently.
