Responsibilities:
Direct Operations: Oversee daily production for precision machining, including 5-axis milling, Swiss-style lathes, and EDM.
Drive Efficiency: Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce scrap, and maintain high throughput.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain strict ISO 13485 and FDA standards to keep the facility "audit-ready" at all times.
Leadership & Mentorship: Scale and mentor a technical team consisting of machinists, supervisors, and programmers.
Business Oversight: Manage P&L and labor costs while evaluating the ROI for new high-tech equipment.
Logistics Sync: Partner with procurement to ensure material availability and maintain on-time shipping schedules.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Advanced Degree: An MBA is considered a significant advantage for this role.
Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a huge plus.

4-7 years
Qualifications:
Experience: 7+ years of manufacturing management experience, specifically within CNC precision machining.
Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience within the medical device industry and a deep understanding of metallurgy.
Technical Validation: Strong grasp of tight-tolerance work and the validation process, including $IQ/OQ/PQ$.
Education: Bachelor?s degree in Engineering or Operations Management.
Systems Proficiency: Experience with $ERP/MRP$ systems and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Leadership Style: A "firm but fair" approach with the ability to translate technical data for non-technical stakeholders.
