Responsibilities:
Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as a leader, coach, and mentor to production employees, providing guidance, conducting performance evaluations, and identifying training gaps.
Production Planning: Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to optimize manpower, machines, and equipment utilization.
Operational Execution: Maintain production by printing and releasing work orders, adjusting schedules for planned absences, and completing orders efficiently to meet on-time delivery expectations.
Reporting & Analytics: Review and analyze production reports through the ERP system to identify issues hindering goals, and monitor processes to implement waste reductions.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure the production floor is fully operational and compliant with all quality, safety, and QMS policies and procedures.
Personnel Management: Conduct interviews for production support positions, facilitate ongoing training, and assist with employee investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations when necessary.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Continuous Improvement Methodologies: Strong background or knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Quality Frameworks: A heavy emphasis on and understanding of 6 Sigma methodologies.
Logistics & Warehouse Operations: Warehouse experience, including inventory management and forklift operation certification.
Education & Experience Background: A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in production management are highly preferred.

Manufacturing Experience: Proven hands-on experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with strong knowledge of assembly lines and factory operations.
Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining safety standards.
Technical & Mechanical Knowledge: Strong mechanical knowledge related to factory equipment, tools, forklifts, and power tools.
Systems & Compliance: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, ERP systems, and quality assurance/QMS practices.
