The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall execution of daily operations, fleet management, and staff supervision. This position works closely with executive leadership to implement operational strategies, maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of service delivery and workforce performance.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Salary: $55,000 annually

Responsibilities:
- Direct daily operational activities, including staff scheduling, equipment assignments, and dispatch of field crews.
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate operational personnel, drivers, and training staff.
- Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes for new operational employees.
- Oversee fleet maintenance, vehicle inspections, and equipment inventory management.
- Ensure organizational compliance with all company safety policies, DOT regulations, and FMCSA guidelines.
- Direct warehouse management and storage facility operations.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop operational strategies and manage revenue and profit objectives.
- Conduct regular operational staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedural updates.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or transportation management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, cloud-based applications, digital forms, and mobile business applications.

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2?3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate company vehicles.
- Ability to obtain a Medical Examiner's Certificate and Non-CDL Class C license.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
