Responsibilities:
Leadership & Mentorship: Assist in training and supporting new team members; serve as the primary backup for the department manager for KPI tracking and reporting.
Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end processing of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy from entry to final shipment documentation for an assigned territory.
Logistics Coordination: Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and freight forwarders to expedite shipments and resolve issues regarding damaged or lost goods.
Compliance: Ensure all shipping transactions and labeling adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as IATA, DOT, and IMDG regulations.
Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the fulfillment process and implement corrective actions to improve service levels and team efficiency.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in order management, logistics, or a similar fulfillment leadership role.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on industry experience.
Industry Background: Previous experience within the Medical Device, Biotech, or Life Sciences sectors is highly desirable.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours during critical month-end and quarter-end business cycles.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of order management workflows and domestic/international shipping regulations (IATA, DOT, IMDG).
Advanced experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar) and MS Office Suite (specifically Excel and Outlook).
Assertive and professional communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and handle high-pressure customer inquiries with composure.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
A "zero-error" mindset regarding data entry and shipping documentation.
