• Location: Primarily Beaver Dam with potential requirement to work at the Columbus Campus.

What You'll Do

• Retrieve order parts safely and efficiently according to work instructions
• Protect products during transit to the shipping area to prevent damage
• Operate warehouse equipment like order selectors, forklifts, and aerial platforms safely
• Work closely with shipping teams to verify order accuracy
• Perform basic research to locate missing parts and update pick tickets as needed
• Maintain clean, organized storage facilities and assist team members when needed

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse and order picking experience preferred
• Forklift and aerial platform experience preferred, with comfort working at heights up to 40 feet
• Ability to lift up to 51 pounds and stay on your feet during your shift
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and basic written and oral communication skills
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed to support order shipping goals
